Mixing Instructions:

Step 1 - Pour 6 gallons of Stain-Block™ into the SB-Tornado™.

Step 2 - Pour up to 9 gallons of fresh water into the SB-Tornado™.

Step 3 - Turn SB-Tornado™ on and run mixture through pumps for 15 minutes.

Step 4 - Spray Stain-Block mixture evenly on all shingles wetting them thoroughly but not the point of running off the roof. (Save mixture not used for later use)

The Stain-Block mixture applied to the roofing shingles etc. in conjunction with the annual roof maintenance program will keep the roof stain free perpetually. This virtually eliminates the need to re-clean the roof annually. It takes much less time to apply the stain-Block versus re-cleaning the roof every year, therefore more money is actually made per hour than from the cost of the initial cleaning.

CAN I USE MY PORTABLE PUMP UP SPRAYER TO APPLY THE STAIN-BLOCK?

You may use a 2-4 gallon pump up sprayer. Keep in mind that the entire roofs shingle surface should be thoroughly saturated with Stain-Block mixture but not wet enough to run off to ground. This process will take quite a number of gallons of mixed product to treat the entire roof therefore it probably will not be practical to apply Stain-Block it this way. This will take much, much longer to treat the roof than if you use the ARB Tornado applicator system. In addition you may miss some shingles or not get the proper amount on each shingle. The SB-Tornado applies a much wider spray pattern with a robust volume to saturate the shingles in much less time and more effectively than with a pump up sprayer.
