How Our Products & Process Works.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

We provide detailed easy to follow written instructions with an online detailed instruction site for each product. In addition if you run into a problem that you are unsure of just call our 800 hot line for help.  If we can not help you right then on the phone please email us a few digital photos of your problem and a detailed description. We will then contact you and tell you what products you need and how to correct the problem.

There is a learning curve with any new task you undertake, therefore the more tubs you do the better they look and the faster you get done.

HOW DOES THE 800 PHONE HELP LINE WORK?

Example of a real, problem from a new applicator: This is an actual example of a problem a relatively new applicator called about. He then emailed us photos and a description of a problem tub. Our technicians examined the photos and the description supplied. We contacted him and told him what products he need and how to proceed with the project.

This is the tub I called about. This is the photo I took before doing anything to the tub.

I knew it would have to be stripped because it was peeling.

The StripSafe removed all of the paint with no problem.

After stripping the peeling paint from the tub this is what I found.

My customer was convinced by another refinisher that the tub had to be completely refinished again. She did not want it spray painted again since it had already been refinished and was peeling.

Well it did not have to be refinished again!

Hands-On Training When You Need It:  If you follow our detailed written and online instructions plus our phone instructions like most applicators do you will get along just fine.  As you learn more our process over a several month period you will recognize you may have questions that you never had thought of before you started learning our process.  This is when you might need a little hands on training.

WHY THEN? Because you will basically know how to restore tubs however you may want to know specifics and details which will make your tubs look better. Now is the time for putting the polish on your training when it counts most. At this point we will discuss your specific needs and adjust our hands on training program and fees to accommodate those needs.

Keep in mind the vast majority of applicators NEVER need additional hands on training but it is always here if you need it!

We have excellent success with our detailed written instructions, online training and 800 phone consultation. We rarely get photo questions sent to us but we are ready to help you when the need arises.

If you need further training we provide hands-on, personal, one-on-one training at our headquarters in Atlanta GA.
