A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
To all applicators:
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your decision to use our unique products and techniques for your property. My staff and I have designed this Online Training Site (OTS) to help you get the most out of your training in the least amount of time. Our goal is to help you be successful. Read the written instructions you receive with each product and study the manual thoroughly by watching the training videos. If at anytime you have a problem or question do not hesitate to give us a call. We will do our best to help answer any questions or offer helpful suggestions. It is our recommendation that you begin right away developing your own in house surface repair and restoration department to save your property time and money.
Expect success if you obey the golden rules:
1. Be prepared.
2. Be on time.
3. Be honest.
4. Always leave every project you do in such a way that you can say I did that and I'm proud of it!
Do not attempt to use any products that were not manufactured by SPR for that specific use. I cannot impress upon you enough how important this is to follow proven instructions to the T.
We have been working hard to perfect the restoration business and teach individuals to do quality work. For over 30 years we have been developing techniques to repair, refinish, and restore bathtubs, countertops and other kitchen and bath surfaces. If you encounter a problem specific to your area (lime deposits or odd stains) please let me know. I will research the problem and find a solution.
