Forms (Have your estimate forms handy. Ask any interested
person to please fill in their name address and phone number on an estimate
form. Ask them to write at the top of the sheet (show special 10%
off). When the show is over you will have a record of persons who are
really interested in getting an estimate. Follow up on all interest and charge
enough to be able to give them their trade show discount plus any other web
discount coupons etc.) Always charge more than you expect to get, if you get
it fine but if you don't you can offer various discounts and you still make
a nice profit.
IMPORTANT: Do not provide any give away or ask
customers to put their name in a fish bowl for a drawing etc. this is a
waste of time. This will not get leads!
