STEP-3
RESTORING THE GLOSS Follow written Instructions closely 1 BEFORE APPLYING STEP-3
USE T-1 DETECTOR TO FIND THE AREAS REQUIRING ATTENTION
Turn off ALL other lights in room to make the inspection for best results!
2
DO NOT RINSE APPLICATOR PAD, CONTINUE TO USE SAME PAD TO APPLY STEP-3
3 DRY EACH COAT OF STEP-3 WITH A FAN CAUTION: Each coat must be dry to touch before applying the next coat or the applicator pad will smear the pervious coat making the finish dull and rough.
4 USE DETECTION LIGHT BETWEEN COATS
THERE WILL BE A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE IN THE GLOSS AFTER EACH COAT OF STEP-3
5 USE WHITE PAD WITH VERY LIGHTLY BETWEEN COATS Lightly wipe all treated surfaces to insure any trash, lint etc are removed White pad loosens any trash that might contaminate surface causing a rough finish 6 USE TACK CLOTH BETWEEN COATS Tack cloth removes any trash loosened by the white pad 7 APPLY EACH COAT AT 90° ANGLE TO LAST COAT
Cross hatch coats eliminates missed areas 8 FINAL COAT OF STEP-3 IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE FAN OR HEAT GUN TO DRY FINAL COAT MOVING AIR WILL "KILL" THE GLOSS!
Allow surface to dry naturally When dry to touch fan or heat gun can be used for further drying before applying Step - 4
HOW MANY COATS SHOULD I APPLY? When all treated areas have a wet glossy look like the glossy untreated areas
PROCEED TO STEP- 4
