Mixing & Applying

Nu-Mica Counter Coating

 

     

   BASE COLORS

 NU-MICA COUNTER FINISH

  1.  Nu-Mica Counter Finish (color of choice)

  2. KF-25 catalyst

 NU-MICA MIXING

 

Mix by Stirring Thoroughly

APPLYING Nu-Mica COATING

 

Do NOT pour Nu-Mica glaze on previously coated area

IMPORTANT:

  1. Keep roller wet with material

  2. Do NOT apply pressure to roller

  3. Do NOT roll after drying begins

  4. Over lap each coat approximately 1/2 of the rollers width to eliminate streaks

APPLY AEROSOL MULTI COLOR EFFECT

IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPLYING BASE COAT

Base Coat MUST Be WET

   

Hold nozzle approximately 12 to 14 inches from surface

Move back and fourth to achieve desired effect

INSPECT SURFACE CAREFULLY

Touchup as needed

Q-Tip or tooth pick and Nu-Mica

When color effect has been applied to all surfaces

DRY SURFACE WITH FAN

 

SET UP FAN TO BLOW AIR OVER COUNTERTOP

UNTIL DRY TO TOUCH
