GREAT CAULKING TAKES PRACTICE AND PATIENCE

In order to get a professional look on any restored or refinished tub it is essential that all old caulking material must be removed from the surface of the tub before refinishing then re-caulk after restoring the tub.

We recommend the use of a premium acrylic caulk.

IMPORTANT: NEVER use pure silicone as tub caulk. It is difficult to work with, often looks messy when dry and it mildews easily, plus it is next to impossible to keep clean later on.

Always Re-Caulk Every Tub.  WHY?

If you re-caulk it it will look great!

If you leave it up to the customer to re-caulk,

it will look terrible and they will never admit to anyone that they did it.

The assumption to any onlooker will be that you did a terrible caulking job

Is that what you want?

No matter how good your refinished tub looks

a perfect caulking job will make it look better!
