These communities have residents who are very contentious about the appearance of their community. The residents have recognized, associations with binding covenants to live by. They expect their community to look its very best 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days each year, with no exceptions.

Contact each association president and ask if you can speak at their next association meeting. Explain how you can transform their ugly stained roofs into a  stain free community and at the same time save the residents thousand of dollars by not replacing another roof needlessly!

Ride around your city and find gated communities or ask a realtor friend to do a lookup on their MLS listings for gated communities and get a list.
