SUBCONTRACTOR ACCOUNTS

Require a lot of effort but the repeat business generated is well worth it!

 Market # 3

Office buildings, restaurants, banks, shopping centers, local/state/federal government buildings, universities and college campus etc.

All of these commercial accounts spend a great deal of money to portray a positive image only to have their image and safety record marred by stained, ugly hard to clean or slippery walking surfaces.

The reason for developing the commercial market after you have already started to establish the residential market is that commercial accounts take much longer to develop.

You must be educate them, bid on the jobs, they must get funds appropriated which could take months. , and you must then do the work, bill them, and wait for the funds to be sent to you.

Commercial accounts do not usually pay upon completion of work.
